Atelier Fleur Lyon

Table Styling

Centrepieces and place settings that honour long Lyonnais meals.

Height and conversation

Guests should see each other across the pot-au-feu. We keep central flora under eyeline or break it into low clusters. Candle clusters sit outside primary reach for serving platters.

Cloth, ceramic, and stem harmony

Ivory cloths with blush plates echo our atelier palette without matching rigidly. Mixed ceramics from local makers feel collected rather than rented. Stem count scales to table length measured on site.

Weeknight versus feast

A single branch in a heavy vase covers Tuesday; layered runners and multiple vessels appear for feast days. We teach a reset so styling is not all-or-nothing.

Outdoor links

Balcony tables in Guillotière need wind-aware vessels. Weighted bases and fewer tall spikes prevent toppling during Rhône gusts.
